HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY STUFF?
PREPARATION TIME FOR YOUR ORDER
It takes 3-5 Business Days for us to prepare your order. On average we do ship out within 48 hours. We only prepare it after you placed your order.
SHIPPING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER
- USA - Within 5-10 business days
- Canada - Within 4-9 business days
- Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
- Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
- Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days
On average, you generally get your package sooner during normal times but sometimes we have no control over unpredictable events in society.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use UPS and Canada Post for Canadian, USA and international orders.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is scanned, you will receive a tracking number via email in order for you to track your order to its destination.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We start production of orders rapidly in order to meet our timely commitment, and as such, we cannot accept cancellation. Cancellation is not possible because we may not get your email in time to stop production of your order.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING
Our products are handmade and may be slightly different from batch to batch even when using the same recipe every time.
HOW TO STORE MY PRODUCTS
Please store your skincare products in a cool place because tallow can melt during hot temperature. If this happens, not to worry, just place in the fridge or a cool place to let the tallow firm up and then whip it until its fluffy.
